Little school of great chefs - Spring specialties

This time our Little school of great chefs took place in the Smeg showroom. The
famous Italian brand of domestic appliancies and equipment is represented in Croatia
by the company KIPLAST d.o.o.
Top quality Italian design matched with haute cuisine. Chef Miroslav Dolovščak,
from hotel Westin in Zagreb, and chef Ivica Štruml, from hotel Palace, prepared
together with our "students", specialties with fresh green vegetables from the spring
market. Besides the cooks, a sommelier, a nutritionist and, finally, a designer,
taught them different aspects of food and wine culture.
