Little school of great chefs - Autumn at our table

Mushrooms, chestnuts, game are the three seasonal themes chosen by our chef Branko
Ognjenović, the famous cook at the newly open classy restaurant "Bon appétit", in
Zagreb. Branko, who is also the Director of the Croatian culinary national team,
has invited as a special guest, a young Austrian chef, Christian Cabalier, the former
manager of Cantinetta Antinori in Vienna, who recently opened an elegant bistro,
called "Apetit" in the Croatian capital.
Wine tasting was provided by our sommelier Saša Zec, oenoligist at Badel 1862, one
of the most important wine companies in the region. Dr.sc. Donatella Verbanac took
care of the nutritionistic aspect of the meals, while fashion designer, Ivan Lozic,
was responsible for the table setting.
Once again we used the facilities of the glamourous Smeg showroom.
